PROCESSING TIME

Processing time for orders is approximately 1-3 business days. Once your order has been printed and packed, it will be shipped out through your chosen delivery method.

PRE-ORDERS

To reserve pre-order items, kindly follow the standard procedure for regular orders, and the full amount will be charged at the time of placing the order. You will receive an email notification once we have received the merchandise and are prepared to dispatch your order.

Pre-ordered items come with estimated shipping dates supplied by the manufacturers. However, we do not have control over these dates and cannot assure specific shipping timelines. If in-stock items are ordered concurrently with pre-ordered items, they will be shipped together as a single package.

LOCAL DELIVERY

AVAILABLE WITHIN THE WINNIPEG REGION ONLY. Orders will be delivered to your mailbox or left on your doorstep. If you live in an apartment building or condo, please insure you leave a valid phone numbe so we can reach out to you to plan an alternative secure method of delivery. 

Monday - Friday: 6pm - 10pm

Saturday - Sunday: 10am to 8pm

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA)

All orders are packaged and shipped through Canada Post, DHL and USPS depending on country of origin. We offer standard and expedited shipping options worldwide..

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Duty and taxes may occur on all orders. The charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard shipping (USA): 3-5 business days 

Standard shipping (WORLDWIDE): 8-12 business days 

It is possible for parcels to get held at customs which will increase the arrival time. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only.
